Using Coupons/Gift Cards

Payment
We accept card and PayPal payments.
If a card payment fails, it may be due to an address mismatch or a mistyped CVC code. No charges will be applied, and you're safe to try again.

Order Confirmation
After payment, you'll receive a confirmation email within 5 minutes (check your spam folder if needed). It includes your order number, product details, payment, and a discount code for your next purchase.

Order Processing (waiting time before shipment)
- In-stock items: 1-3 working days
- Made-to-order: 7-15 working days
- Handmade: 20-30 working days

If processing takes longer than expected, we'll email you and include a gift card as an apology.

Shipping
