EU Returns

For customers within the EU, returns are accepted provided that the customer covers the return shipping cost to our Sweden warehouse.

The return must be noticed to our customer service email info@peilieeshop.com or service@peilieeshop.com within 5 days after package shown as delivered on the website tracking page, and you must keep the original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for damaged items with makeup marks on,  lingerie, lucky bag items and customized items. 
After we have received your returned items and checked the condition of the goods, we will refund the payment method you placed your order with.
